This program will be conducted in Chinese.

From U.S. Presidents, to Nobel Prize winning scientists, people with disabilities have contributed and large and small ways to our societies and the world. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Beethoven, and Thomas Edison all changed our understanding of the world around us even living with disabilities; and it’s not just famous people making their mark on the world. In China and the U.S., people with disabilities are making important contributions to their societies. Come to the Beijing American Center to join with us in a panel discussion on the importance of integrating and empowering disabled persons, in BAC’s celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

This program is not suitable for children under 6.
