中美两国农业发展和城市化路径完全不同；中国能从美国农业发展中学到什么？与美国案例相比，中国的城市化和农村政策有什么问题？ 2003 年以来，中国农村整体上变好了，还是更萧条了？中国农村和城市化政策将怎么演变？

讲者从十多年采访报道实践出发，结合《财经》杂志、财新传媒的农村和城市化问题报道，梳理、分析 2003 年以来中国农村政策演变与政治发展的关系，探讨中国农村发展和城乡转型的前景和挑战。

The path of agricultural and urbanization development in China and in the United States is completely different. What China learn from the U.S. experience? What are the problems of urbanization and rural policy in China compared with the United States? Since 2003, are China's rural areas improving, or in decline? How will China's rural and urban policies evolve?

Based on more than 10 years reporting practice, and the reports on rural and urbanization issues by Caixin media, the speaker will analyze the relationship between the evolution of 

China's rural policy and political development since 2003, and discuss the prospects and challenges of China's rural development and urban-rural transformation.

讲者简介： 常红晓，童野传媒主编；财新网原主编、财新《中国改革》助理主编，《财经》杂志农村及政治报道资深记者（ 2004-2009 ）。主要领域：土地制度、人口问题、政治体制改革、公民社会发育、农村经济及金融、户籍制度、义务教育、农村医保、农村社会保障、反贫困等。
